Rothschild Corp entered the China hydrogen sector because of a single, foundational technology: H-Brick, the solid-state hydrogen storage system developed by Zhongdian Gongyan (Xuzhou) Hydrogen Energy Technology Co., Ltd.
In mid-2024, Dr. Michael Rothschild, together with his daughters China Jade and Sarah Rothschild, visited the H-Brick production facility in Xuzhou. This visit established the working relationship that would later sign a 3-year international agency contract on November 11, 2024, covering 16 countries.
